Gabriel Dixon Perez-Moreno
Partner
Gabriel is a multi-cultural attorney raised in Mexico and Canada. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Universidad Panamericana, and an LLM (Masters in Law) in Global Law and Technology with a specialization in International Law and Business from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. Gabriel is admitted to practice law in Mexico and the State of New York.
Mr. Dixon previously worked on Wall Street as a foreign associate at a boutique law firm for several years specializing in international litigation, as well as in SOLCARGO, a leading law firm in Mexico City where he specialized in real estate, M&A, private equity & venture capital, and corporate governance.
Gabriel represents numerous businesses on a broad range of legal and corporate issues including: real estate development, business contracts, mortgages, security trusts and fideicomisos; obtaining permits / licenses / authorizations from governmental agencies; and formalizing HOA associations and condominium regimes. He has facilitated multiple real estate closings in some of the most exclusive developments in Los Cabos, including Diamante, Villas del Mar, Querencia, El Dorado, El Pedregal, and Hacienda Beach Club.

Bernardo Tamez Alarcon

Bernardo is the founder of LEGALMIND.MX a boutique lawfirm in Mexico City that focuses on assisting entrepreneurs and start-ups. His current practice concerns intellectual property, startup law, foreign investment and financial/banking/securities law. He has previously worked in the U.S. at the San Francisco based law firm Alvarado Smith where he practiced international law, foreign investment and contract law and in Mexico City at SOLCARGO a leading Mexican law firm where he practiced finance and banking law.

Jorge Conde

Jorge focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation matters. He holds a bachelors in law from the Universidad Tecnologica de Mexico, in Mexico City. He obtained a postgraduate degree at the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Civil and Commercial Law. He is a law professor at the Universidad Mundial Law School in Los Cabos, Mexico and founding partner of Conde & Asociados, Attorneys at Law.
Jorge has over 8 years of experience and has advised individuals and businesses in complex litigation matters both in the local and federal levels. His practice focuses mainly on commercial and civil litigation with a strong emphasis in real estate development and hospitality law.

Ana Paola A. García
Associate
Ana Paola was born and raised in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur. She obtained her law degree from the America Latina University in Guadalajara in 2019 and since then has focused her practice on real estate, corporate, immigration and notarial law.
Her real estate and corporate experience include advising local and foreign clients on the purchase/sale/lease of real estate assets as well as drafting agreements and documents related to real estate transactions. In addition, Ana Paola regularly assists clients looking to do business in Mexico with the incorporation of Mexican companies as well as provide legal advice for its day to day operations and corporate compliance
